Beginner/mixed class designed to address the common stresses of daily life and their effects on the body. This class features a relaxation period to close where participants lie comfortably, lights dimmed, wrapped in blankets with lavender eye pillows and are led through a relaxation to ensure muscles release as much tension as possible and the mind has the opportunity to be quiet so that the whole body feels calm yet rejeuvenated at the end of the class. A blissful way to end your day.

At 18, Bella is the youngest member of our training team. She moved to Bristol as a child and went on to study Business, English Literature and Physical Education.

Having tried University, Bella found herself drawn inexorably to her real passion – health and fitness – and returned home to take her Level 3 Personal Training Qualification to become a personal trainer. Inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals is what drives Bella, and she excels in making exercise a fun, intrinsic part of her clients’ lifestyle. That’s why she’s a perfect fit for our pre-summer Bootcamp programme.
