Our Bootcamp sessions are held in the private surroundings of the Combe Dingle Sports Ground where there are changing facilities with showers and free car parking.
Although we consider these intense 45minute sessions ‘no nonsense workouts’ they are designed to suit all levels of fitness as long as you are carrying no injuries.
